The autobiographical book chronicling the political life of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia was presented to her as a gift. Authored by the late journalist Mahfuz Ullah, the book titled 'Begum Khaleda Zia - Her Life, Her Story' was translated into Bengali by his brother, Dr Mahbub Ullah, and is now titled 'Begum Khaleda Jibon O Sangram'. The presentation took place at Feroza in Gulshan on Saturday, April 6, in the presence of the party's secretary-general, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Dr Mahbub Ullah, and BNP Chairperson's Adviser, Afroza Khanam Rita. During the event, they also inquired about the former prime minister's physical condition and extended their well wishes. 

Furthermore, on the previous Saturday, March 30, Khaleda Zia experienced sudden vomiting late at night, leading to a deterioration in her physical condition. Subsequently, she was admitted to Evercare Hospital in the capital. However, her condition improved, and she was discharged from the hospital on Tuesday, April 2, evening, returning home.
