The top positions in the Bangladesh Army have undergone changes, and Major General Ziaul Ahsan has been retired from his duties. 

This information was disclosed today, Tuesday, in a press release by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The press release states that General Md. Saiful Alam has been assigned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

Additionally, Lieutenant General Md. Mojibur Rahman has been appointed as the GOC of the Army Training and Doctrine Command, Lieutenant General Ahmed Tabrez Shams Chowdhury as the Quarter Master General of the Army, Lieutenant General Mizanur Rahman Shamim as the Chief of General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Mohammad Shaheenul Haque as the Commandant of the NDC, and Major General Asim Ridwanur Rahman as the Director General of the NTMC.
