The Russian “Vyzov” Foundation has officially opened applications for its prestigious “VYZOV” Future Technology Award, inviting scientists from around the world to submit their entries by May 1, 2025.

The award seeks to honor groundbreaking scientific ideas and technological innovations that significantly impact both modern science and everyday life.

With a mission to inspire younger generations to pursue careers in science, the prize emphasizes recognition for transformative contributions across multiple disciplines.

The competition is open internationally in the “Discovery” category, which celebrates key scientific breakthroughs that have advanced technology and understanding.

However, four additional categories—“Breakthrough,” “Engineering Solution,” “Scientist of the Year,” and “Perspective”—are reserved exclusively for Russian researchers.

Eligible candidates must be active researchers, with a strong preference for achievements made within the past decade.

Submissions can be made through self-nomination, peer nomination, or by scientific institutions such as universities or research organizations.
